Daniel W. Hahn, 80, of Dayton, passed away peacefully on September 5th, 2009 in Indianapolis.He was born Nov 11, 1928 in Mansfield, Ohio, and served his country honorably in the Marines.A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Sat, Sep 12, 2009 at Eden Methodist Church, 2122 Eden Road, Greenfield, IN.

    Danny was a friend, he would come into the office and make us all smile. Although I only knew him a short time we had long talks about his time in the service. He was always proud to be a Marine. He will be missed.

    I LOVE YOU GRANDPA!!! I will miss you so much! Even though I didn’t get to know you very well until recently. I feel like a part of me is missing but know now that you are not in any more pain. Wish I could have been home more to be with you!! LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU SO MUCH!!!!!
